Buckinghamshire PPC 2000 Project

Working in true Partnership with the English Churches Housing Association, Bailey Garner Architects, Denne Group, Monitor Systems, Vincent & Rymill and Heritage care, Heatcare Limited were responsible for the design, installation and commission of plumbing and heating services to the re-provision of five care homes.

This was a complex re-provision of ex-local authority homes, maintaining a minimum number of available bed spaces whilst redeveloping occupied homes. Purpose built portable plant rooms were manufactured and supplied by us to provide flexibility in providing ongoing services throughout the construction phasing.

The homes were:

• Willowmead, Aylesbury
• The Swan, Winslow
• Holmers House, High Wycombe
• The Croft, Amersham
• Parklands, and Hazelmere.
