Working in Partnership with Castleoak Construction, one of the leading care home contractors, we have provided mechanical design and installation for five homes for Anchor Trust in Surrey.

Using the knowledge gained in developing the portable plant rooms on the Buckinghamshire projects, we used the latest high efficiency condensing boilers available to produce a high output, small footprint plant room, saving the Client valuable floor space in the homes.

The completed homes are all within the Surrey area:

• Caterham
• Ridgemount
• Banstead
• Linwood
• Shallcross.
