Coldcare has designed and installed multi split systems into the last two developments. At Chigwell the Client expanded the nursery into the roof space, which in turn prompted the installation of air conditioning to help the energetic infants keep their cool! We used ceiling mounted direct expansion ‘Multi-systems’ to maximise space which is at a premium on this type of building.

At Kingston upon Thames an existing social club has been renovated to provide a children’s home of high standing. We installed systems as above, along with specialist ventilation systems to insure the correct playing environment.
